Media Project Manager

The RADaR Project Manager oversees all on-boarding aspects of the data/analytics/research projects to ensure coordination and completion. They establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, inform team members and summarize progress to leadership. RADaR Project Managers schedule meetings, develop a reporting structure and is the liaison between the RADaR team and the client project team. Work with the project management teams to assure that the client’s metrics and KPIs will be accurately reflected in the data capture process and the data is quality checked. And that data output are reported in the client dashboards reflect the original intent of the client’s metrics and KPIs. The RADaR Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the final deliverables/dashboards to the client management team (and our clients) are accurate, easily understood and delivered on time. The RADaR Project Manager is also responsible for all project tickets and communication with Alight/Channel Mix, to ensure all media channels are connected and the data is quality checked.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Perform requirements of gathering and analysis to include: analytical techniques, data gathering techniques, leadership and management skills to solve complex issues, development of implementation plans, key analytical troubleshooting and long term strategic thinking.
  • Lend support to the whole RADaR team as necessary during project delivery; effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications.
  • Experience with applying and general knowledge of various research, analysis and data gathering approaches, methodologies and models;  demonstrated leadership and attention to detail skills through prior experience at the strategic and tactical/implementation levels, strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (or other analytics platforms), ad serving systems and MRI and other research tools.
  • Bachelor's degree; a degree or concentration in math, analytics, statistics, marketing or related field preferred or a comparable on-the job experience level
